Today the company stands with pride of having many esteemed customers of Transformer Industry from corporate sectors, Government of India, Indian Government subsidiaries and industries from abroad. NACH oil filter plants are thoroughly tested for vacuum and oil parameters. As an example, the oil filter machine supplied to Shahin Construction Company, Kabul worked continuously for more than 12 days under extreme weather conditions, of temperature range of -4ºC to 2ºC and snowfall. The machine was under supervision of engineers and scientists from research laboratories of Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The performance characteristics of oil reaped by the filter machine were well above the standard requirements.
Another example worth mentioning is the oil filter plant supplied to Kerala State Electricity board at Porigulkuthu Dam. The oil filter machine was able to achieve required parameters in heavy rain conditions.
In March2010, we have demonstrated 72 hours of continuous operation of oil filter machine to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, at Warangal 400kV transmission substation for filtering approximate 65kL TELK make 160MVA Power Transformer.
At NACH we have developed products like Vacuum Pressure Impregnation systems, to suit the Electric Generator and Electric Motor industry. NACH design offers flexibility and adaptability of the pressure impregnation system to work in adverse environmental conditions. As an example, one such unit with chiller plant supplied to Alfanar Services (earlier Paramount Arabia Limited), Saudi Arabia, was able to maintain temperature of the resin in the storage and impregnation chamber to 15ºC, under extreme weather conditions of 55ºC. The machine was mainly used for impregnating high voltage motors of Siemens and GE make. The performance characteristics of insulation resistance of the coils reaped by the high vacuum impregnation machine were well above the standard requirements.
